Bar Saint James is situated in the heart of Uplands, Swansea the birthplace and home to many famous writers and artists such as Dylan Thomas and Sir Kingsley Amis.
The bar occupies a former Edwardian detached home built circa 1890, designed by Glendinning Moxham who was a very prominent architect of his time. His buildings have often been referred to as ‘Edwardian Baroque’.
The current owners have preserved and enhanced many of the original Art Nouveau features whilst injecting plush and sumptuous surroundings with a contemporary twist.
There are 2 bars set over 2 floors, an exclusive Tea Room and a South facing Terrace.
Be it a relaxed meal with a loved one or a night out with friends, you will be enjoying it with style.
